The Bel Air Corvette Club (BACC) welcomes new applicants for club membership. However, BACC is not just another organization to join. BACC looks for members that want to be involved in club activities; therefore, applicants must demonstrate their willingness to be active in the organization before their application for admission is voted by club members. There are two types of memberships available; A standard membership for Corvette owners and an enthusiast membership for non-owners who want to be involved.
For your application for membership in BACC to be brought before the membership for a vote, you must:
- Own a Corvette for standard membership or sign up as an enthusiast for non-owners
- Attend two club meetings within nine months of application
- Attend two club events within nine months of application
- Be at least 18 years old
Once your application is received, a sponsor will be assigned to you. Applicants meeting the above requirements will be presented to the club membership by their sponsor for vote by the club membership at a general meeting. If membership is approved, club dues must be paid to complete the membership process. BACC has been affiliated with the National Council of Corvette Clubs (NCCC) since 1976, and all BACC members must be NCCC members. BACC club dues does include membership in NCCC.
Returning Members will require a majority vote to rejoin the club, but will not need to comply with the initial requirements again.
